These Terms apply when you use footballfallout.com and the services provided through Football Fallout.
Football Fallout is operated by Kabaddle Ltd, company number 12956148.
By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
About Football Fallout
Football Fallout provides football statistics, fixture and result information, head-to-head data, predictions, Fantasy Premier League tools, games and other football-related features.
Some features can be used without an account. Others may require you to register or have an active paid subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your Football Fallout account secure.
You may create an account directly or use a supported sign-in provider such as Google.
You must not use another person's account without permission or deliberately misuse the service.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact hello@footballfallout.com.
Football data and statistics
We aim to provide accurate and useful football information, but we cannot guarantee that every statistic, fixture, result, player record or other piece of information will always be complete or error-free.
Football data can be delayed, corrected or changed. Some competitions, players, fixtures or older records may also have incomplete information depending on the data available to us.
Football Fallout should not be relied upon as the only source where accuracy is critical.
Predictions and probabilities
Football Fallout may show match predictions, probabilities, statistical comparisons and other estimates based on football data.
These are provided for information and entertainment.
They are not guarantees of a result and should not be treated as betting advice or as a promise that a particular outcome will happen.
Football Fallout is not a bookmaker.
If you choose to gamble based on football information, you do so independently and at your own risk.
Paid subscriptions
Football Fallout may offer monthly, yearly or other paid subscription plans.
The price, billing period and features included will be shown before you subscribe.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal.
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe.
By starting a subscription, you authorise the relevant subscription payment to be taken at the frequency shown when you subscribe until you cancel.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling prevents future renewals. Unless stated otherwise, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You will not be charged for another billing period after your cancellation takes effect.
Payments already made are generally not refunded simply because you cancel part-way through a billing period, unless we agree otherwise or a refund is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Subscription prices
We may change Football Fallout subscription prices in the future.
A price change will not alter a subscription period you have already paid for.
Where a price change affects a future renewal, we will provide reasonable notice where required so that you can decide whether to continue or cancel.
Availability
We aim to keep Football Fallout available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, football data providers or circumstances outside our control.
We may also add, change or remove features as Football Fallout develops.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Football Fallout or another user's account
- deliberately interfere with the website or its infrastructure
- introduce malicious software
- bypass security or access controls
- use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service
- use Football Fallout for unlawful purposes
Normal personal use of the site is of course allowed.
Our content and software
Football Fallout's own software, design, branding, written content and original features belong to Kabaddle Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Football club names, competition names, trademarks, badges, photographs, statistics and other third-party material may belong to their respective owners.
Displaying third-party information does not mean Football Fallout is affiliated with or endorsed by a club, league or organisation unless we specifically state otherwise.
Third-party services and links
Football Fallout may use or link to services operated by other companies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third-party services that we do not control.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, to abuse Football Fallout, to bypass access restrictions or in serious breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will try to give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hello@footballfallout.com.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to those rights, Football Fallout is provided on an "as available" basis.
We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on football predictions, incomplete or incorrect football data, temporary downtime or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you use Football Fallout as a consumer, these Terms do not remove any rights you have under consumer law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Football Fallout changes.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
If we make a significant change affecting registered users or paid subscriptions, we will take reasonable steps to let affected users know.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. These Terms do not remove those rights.
